The aerodrome is approved for restricted use: it can only be used by aircraft under the conditions set out in the decree of July 25, 2019 approving the La Mole (Var) aerodrome, and by helicopters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group 1 aircraft:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. A multi-engine turboprop aircraft with an MOPSC greater than 9 or a maximum takeoff weight greater than 5700 kg or,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A multi-engine turbojet or,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. A single-engine turbojet aircraft or,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. A piston-engined aircraft with an MOPSC of over 9 or a maximum take-off weight of over 5,700 kg.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Group 2 aircraft:<\/strong> An aircraft that does not meet the criteria for a Group 1 aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Aerodrome use restrictions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Group 1 aircraft:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The operator must submit a preliminary file one month beforehand to the DSAC SE by e-mail at dsac-se-ops@aviation-civile.gouv.fr, and comply with the procedures described in the decree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The use of the La M\u00f4le aerodrome is only possible after obtaining an acknowledgement of receipt from the DSAC\/SE and, where applicable, after the satisfactory completion of a flight under the supervision of a pilot inspector designated by the South-East Civil Aviation Safety Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Drivers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Group 1 aircraft:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The pilot-in-command must have completed the training described in the decree and, in the six months prior to the first flight at La M\u00f4le as pilot-in-command, must have carried out a reconnaissance flight of the aerodrome as pilot flying, on the type or class of aircraft concerned, with an instructor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This aptitude is maintained if, within the last twelve months, the captain :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • performed a take-off and landing at the aerodrome as pilot-in-command; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • has taken the maintenance of skills course provided for in the decree, on an FSTD of the type of aircraft concerned, with a visual display representative of the aerodrome and its environment, given by an instructor qualified in the type or class of aircraft, and who can be certified by the operator as being familiar with the aerodrome’s operating characteristics and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Group 2 aircraft:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The pilot-in-command has, within the six months preceding the first flight at La M\u00f4le as pilot-in-command, completed a reconnaissance of the aerodrome as pilot-in-command, on the type or class of aircraft concerned, with an instructor approved by the South-East Civil Aviation Safety Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This aptitude is maintained if, within the last twenty-four months, the pilot-in-command has made one take-off and one landing at La M\u00f4le aerodrome as pilot-in-command of an aircraft of the same class or type.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
