These complaints come from local residents, residents&#8217; associations or institutions (town halls).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With our environment and communications departments at ANCA and the DSAC, we have set up a working and communication method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">  Noise monitoring :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remind crews to follow trajectories and make sure they are working properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limitation of low-level passes by army helicopters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limits APU use to 30min.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect for trajectories during training and pilot qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stop all training if procedures are not followed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compilation of complaints and requests for information in close collaboration with government departments (DSAC, SNA, BGTA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acoustic measurement campaigns on request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our commitment is to respond to every complaint we register in 2020.
