It is part of an ongoing process to improve service quality at A\u00e9roports de la C\u00f4te d&#8217;Azur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following a rigorous audit, the<strong>A\u00e9roport du Golfe de Saint-Tropez <\/strong>was awarded the<strong> IS-BAH label, level 1<\/strong>, with the congratulations of the jury. It crowns two years&#8217; work involving all the airport&#8217;s teams and rewards a unique platform, as it already manages all the Safety Management Systems (airport fire service, control tower, etc.). The Var airport now has two years to achieve level 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Our customers have been asking for this certification, which is a guarantee of <strong>service quality<\/strong> and <strong>operational safety<\/strong>. The fact that its standards have been drawn up by ground handling professionals and are updated every year makes it a guarantee of our operational excellence,&#8221; says Joseph Azzaz, Director of A\u00e9roport du Golfe de Saint-Tropez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IS-BAH certification<\/strong> validates two fundamental elements. First and foremost, the implementation and promotion of a culture of business risks, shared by all teams. This was followed by a rewriting of all processes, accompanied by training for all teams in safety issues and the notion of a just culture.
