Safety is at the heart of our business operations. Our security strategy consists of:

• Ensure our compliance with applicable regulations and standards
• Take into account our customers’ needs and the specific characteristics of the local seasonal patterns of our business
• Anticipate and take all appropriate measures in response to any changes, ensuring continued compliance
• Continuously improve all our processes and best practices.

Our ongoing goal is to achieve the highest level of safety through our commitments:

• Promote a “Safety Culture” among all our employees and stakeholders, including our customers and airlines
• Promoting “Fair Culture”
• Receive training, practice, and learn how to anticipate and respond to emergency situations, including extreme weather conditions.

All staff members, at every level—starting with myself as the Executive Director of the
Golfe de Saint-Tropez Airport—are committed to carrying out their duties every day to ensure the highest possible level of safety.

I encourage all our employees and stakeholders to report safety incidents or hazards, no matter how minor they may seem.

To ensure the safety of people, property, the environment, and biodiversity from the risks associated with all our activities, we implement the following:

1. Effective Safety Management Systems, including:
   • The 2026 safety objectives by process, along with their associated performance indicators and targets, derived from the hazard identification
     and from our risk analyses and notifications
   • Actions Resulting from the Safety Committee
   • Monitoring any internal or external changes that may have an adverse effect on security or compliance
   • Our confidential and anonymous incident reporting system, based on the “Just Culture” approach, is designed solely to prevent accidents and incidents; it is founded on the principle that human error is not punishable, but imposes sanctions for intentional violations or unlawful acts
   • Internal and External Audits and Lessons Learned
2. Qualified, competent, and adequately staffed personnel, whose deployment is planned to ensure the physical, mental, and socio
   al conditions necessary for the successful performance of their duties, with clearly defined responsibilities and unacceptable behaviors
3. Technical resources that are compliant, well-maintained, operational, in sufficient quantity, and limited to the purposes for which they are intended
4. Hazard identification and risk management processes for our operations and those of our stakeholders
5. Exercises.
